FHMD Teacher Appreciation Week May 8th, 2023
As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the dedicated educators who tirelessly inspire and shape the minds of our future generations. To the teachers who go above and beyond, who ignite the flames of curiosity and foster a love for learning, we thank you.
You are more than teachers; you are mentors, role models, and heroes. Beyond imparting academic knowledge, you instill values, nurture confidence, and ignite the spark of imagination within each student. You create a safe space where young minds can explore, question, and grow.

I've been practicing for 10 years and love teaching to all ages. I have a deep passion for using movement as meditation, it can be challenging to be still for 30+ mins. You can experience the same sense of ease and clarity through movement that embody all parts of the self to connect the mind, body and soul. My passion is help others discover this connection with yoga and embodiment to discover their life purpose and embody all parts of themselves.
